Internship Program

Our internship program at Rancho Dos Countries is designed for those who feel called to grow in ministry, leadership, and everyday service. Interns get to experience life on the ranch while being poured into spiritually and practically.

Internship Tracks

• Summer Internship (3 Months)

• 6–Month Internship

• Year–Long Internship

Each program includes ministry involvement, ranch work, discipleship, and community living.

What Interns Experience

• Hands-on ranch responsibilities and ministry opportunities

• Daily devotionals, Bible studies, and mentorship

• Leadership development and practical ministry training

• Serving at camps, retreats, events, and outreach

• Christ-centered community life

Program Details

• There is a program tuition/fee required for each internship track

• Housing and meals are included and covered through the tuition interns pay

• Tuition also helps cover training resources, events, and ministry experiences
